and many reasons can cause the  defective drilling, machine,human,drill bit, backup board,entry etc....

Today,we will Analysis the factors cause the drill bit broken





Drill bit broken Spindle run-out too big Check and repair the spindle or change a new spindle 
Drill bit broken Improper operation when drilling 

Check if the air pipe of the presure foot  cup block

adjust the pressure foot cup pressure according to the drill bit 

check if there is any cooper wire inside the collet 

Check the parallelism and stability of drilling table

When nailing board, clean the debris between the        board
